Saturday & Sunday.

Yesterday was my lolo's 88th birthday. We celebrated big at my house. It was interesting. It mainly consisted of filipino food, black ops, crying babies, 4 birthday cakes and people I've never seen in my life. Still fun tho. :)
Sooooo today, it was my Ate Noemi's birthday lunch at Kingsley Chinese Restaurant in Brampton. We were a little late but that was okay. After eating, everyone started to crowd around the babies, Nya and Kai. Obviously they didn't like it... lol. I felt sorry for my niece and nephew. So I tried not to smother them so much. When lunch was over, I went straight home and grabbed my bag because I was meeting up with Andrea at the gym. It's our new daily thing now. I'm kinda new to the whole daily workout thing and so far, I'm loving it. I've been wanting to do something about my weight for some time now so this is a good start. I reallllllly hope I don't lose track and get lazy. After 4 hours in the gym, I went home and watched a filipino movie... Goddamnit, it's been so long. I still remember when I went through that little phase.. after a while, I got sick of it because filipino movies are so friggin cheesy. Plus, the titles are made up from little bits of song lyrics. (e.g. Babe, I Love You; I Love You, Goodbye; In Your Eyes; etc etc) By far the worst movie title I've seen is "You to me are everything" ... Seriously ? lol...... On another note, I started packing up for Mexico. I'm leaving this friday the 11th, and I'm back on the 20th. Can't wait ! (:

LMFAOOOOOOO ! / Highlight of my weekend.

I'm laughing too much right now. Ariel and Mark kill me. They're meanies. But also jokers. I love those too ! ;). "Steph you gotta click 'like' you just gotta !" OMG MARK. LMAOO !

So anywho, yesterday last night was the highlight of my mom's life. Well, beside her wedding, yes. It was her 50th birthday gala. It was a great turn out and I had a blast ! : ) Especially having my family and two of my closest friends there. Yeah, it was fun. Usually, I would sit here and talk about my WHOOOOLE night and what happened. But this time, I'll point form this one down:

Woke up @ 9, and took a shower. By 12 we were at hotel.

Stayed in our beautiful suite. Big enough that got me thinking, it's an good place to have my debut after party ;) It can hold a lotta people.

Watch "The Game" on BET. I love that show now. It's really good.

My gorgeous, hair and make up stylist, Jamie, came. And she did an awesome job ! :) Shes doing hair and make up for my debut next year.

I feared Guarin would let me down and NOT come, because she called me up in the morning telling me her head was hurting, and she had a hangover. I kept telling her, "FUCK YOUR HANGOVER ! YOU'RE COMING !!!" LOL. Demanding, much ? So I got kinda paranoid about that..

I was even more paranoid with the fact that Ariel was still upset at me from last night.. But really, he was just joking around with me.

I met the MC, I forgot his name.. but he was really odd. He kept hitting on me throughout the night.. Same with the dj, Paul... Except he was fob. They would wink and smile, and be like "You are hot. Hotter than your mother ! HAHA ! ..But don't tell her I said that..." It made it akward for me to be around them. Ughh...

My killer heels were already killing me.

When guests started to arrive, famo and I started to take pictures.

WHEN the guests arrived, I kind of noticed some people from the past, and some people I don't see anymore.. It was nice. I got to catch up with some of my ninang and ninongs who I havn't seen in AGES.

My one ninang thought I was 23. -__-

Alyssa ends up coming. I slap her. LMAO ! I think ?

We had to do this hyped-up intro when we walk in. It was alright.

My family and I had to sit at the "main table" in the front. I feared people would watch me eat. Which was weird.

Joselle was pretty much my right-hand lady for the night. We took almost a gazillion pictures together.

I bumped into Tita Imelda, my former choir/piano teacher. :)

Oh my Ate Noemi.. She kind of had tooooo much to drink. She was jokes. ;)

The food was deeeeeeeelicious ! Except the soup.

I had to dance Hawaiian. We had to use the frog for the music, but putting it against the mike, wasn't loud enough..

Ariel performed, too bad I couldn't see it =(

Little Sanchez and Alcantara kids performed to Wondergirls - Nobody. They were so cute. Kristine was the lead.

SLIDESHOW ! OMG. I had a few gay ones of me in there. Ariel, Michelle, Alyssa, Ashley, Noemi, Erwin and all of them laughed at us. =(

Funny cause many of the parents there.. Their kids were at Filipino day @ WDL.

Tito Ray was demanding but reasonable.. that's why I'm hiring him.

LOL My mom went "debut style" and had her own version of "12 roses". Including Tito Ray !

I missed my parents salsa number, but got a picture in somehow..

When the adults started dancing to their music.. Ariel, Alyssa, Joselle, Hazel, the rest of the kiddos and I; would go to our suite at least 3 times that night. It was live.

"We can like totally all sleep here.. on the bed, on the couch, on the table, on the floors ! OMG !!!" "Honestly Steph, I love this." "MAKE IT HAPPEN !!!" "After parttttty true !" - Alyssa Guarin's comments all night about our suite. LMFAOOO

I kept saying, "Balis san mo !" (or w/e you spell it) all night long.

In between MCing, the cake falls down =(.

"Some things in life may fall down, and sometimes it's easy to get back up again.. In this case, it may not be so easy for the cake.." - The MC. LOL !

SPEECHES ! I said mine, and stuttered at the first part. I was getting too emotional. Usually, I'm bubbly, but this time, I almost choked up for my mom ! Stacey's speech beat mines by 4.. and Richard's was the one that got most claps. "My mom is a cool person.... This is our relationship *pauses* Happy Birthday, I love you, and I'm done." LMAOOOOOOO !

I met some people I've never met before..

My dad's speech was uber cute. He talked about how my mom and dad have known each other since the good ol' days in Pandan, Philippines. His mother was my mom's godmother. He said how my mom always complained to my dad how his mom never gave her presents on Christmas or her birthday. So one day, my dad confronted his mother about this, and she said, "I don't need to give her anything, because I've already given her the best present ever.. and that's you !" : D ! Awwww !

Dessert time ! It was all imported from Something Sweet, and I had one turon. But when I came back for a second one, it was all gone =(.

Chillllllllllled in the suite again.

Went to the outside deck. Chilled. Talked to my ninong.

Danced the night away ;). Till Guarin and Ariel had to leave me :(

Dr. Solon Guzman was Ariel's ride home, and for 20 minutes.. his wife, Ariel, Joselle and I couldn't find him.

After that, Joselle and I went upstairs. We knocked on the door, waited 10 minutes.. NO ANSWER ? So, we were locked out. Richard was sleeping.

We went to Joselle's dad's room and called, but no answer. Then luck came, and my tito had an extra room key, and there was Richard sleeping on the couch.

Watched Lizzie McGuire before bed, and that was my night.

Overall, I loved ittttttt ! But too bad mom, my debut's gonna top that ;) LOL I lie. I love you mom ! Happy birthday ! I hope you enjoyed your night ! Check out the pictures V.

Can you stand the Rain ? (8)

LOL So I didn't get to do anything today. But it's okay because I got to relax at home. My familys over right now.. and I have to babysit my neice, Raine. Shes a pure cutie. But I hate how I had to rock her to sleep. She just kept crying and crying and crying; over and over again. *Sighhh* I turn on Treehouse tv, and she just stares at the tv. Not until, I turned it off, and tried to give her her bottle. She just cries even more. >:\... Now, I am tired. LOL @ my godson Joseph. He's starting to get jealous of me taking care of Raine, more than I play with him. Well, that's what he gets for ignoring me :(. Soo, mama's bday is soon. I have to dance Hawaiian again. Which I'm excited for.. Stacey doesn't. But Hazel and I do. My mom said it's either that, or we dance that "Wondergirls" dance that the kids are doing. Ughh.... I need to practise in a bit anyways.. but I'm sucha procrast for watching Lizzie McGuire on Youtube. I gotta go. Byeeee !
